Resort Namur Nature - Verhuur

Park Regulations

Everything you need to know for a great stay

Introduction

Resort Namur Nature aims to offer a stay with a high standard of experience, where the park and the accommodations are well-maintained, the infrastructure is of high quality, and sustainable maintenance is practiced.
The tenant is expected to respect the park regulations and behave in a socially acceptable manner during their stay at Resort Namur Nature. Existing provisions of Belgian law remain unaffected by these park regulations.

Rights and obligations of the tenant

The tenant may not allow third parties to use the rented property, nor accommodate more people than agreed upon in the reservation, unless with written permission from the landlord.

The tenant shall use the rented property responsibly and live in it neatly and cleanly, committing to immediately compensate for any damage caused by their actions or negligence to the property, furnishings, household items, or otherwise. The tenant is obliged to pay the cleaning fees agreed upon in the reservation, without prejudice to the obligation to leave the accommodation broom-clean and in good order at the end of the rental period, including:

  • Removing the bed linens and leaving them in the hallway of the accommodation;
  • Leaving any used kitchen and/or bed linens in the hallway of the accommodation;
  • Doing the dishes and putting them back in the kitchen cabinets;
  • Emptying the refrigerator;
  • During July and August, keeping the refrigerator ON and closed;
  • Depositing household waste in the designated containers (at the park entrance);
  • Setting the heating low (15°C) and closing doors and windows;
  • Turning off the TV.

It is not permitted to use any cooking or laundry appliances in the accommodation other than those provided or installed by the landlord.

The tenant is prohibited from sleeping in the beds without sheets and pillowcases.

The tenant is deemed to have accepted the accommodation and its inventory without damage, unless a complaint is made to the landlord within 2 hours of occupying the rental property.

Despite all care, complaints may occur. Such complaints can be reported directly to the reception on-site so that park management can attempt to resolve the matter.
